X10 is really heavy that you can't imagine, the shell is made of heavy metal The "burst" sound is very obvious and annoying when playing DSD, hi-res files ( before the intro of a song ). Its better to look for something else.

I dont have x10 anymore, but what I recall normal flac should be safe.
