Yes I know what the Tera-Player is
and the Teri DAP was the version from Revamp Acoustics before the P1 DAP.
Maybe asked Matheis on HeadFi how the old version matched up to the Tera
the Tera is the sparkly unicorn DAP everyone desires that's all

Anyone using faudio xs02.how is the sound quality compared to aigo z6 pro.
Maybe not the best comparing as it seems here very few people owns z6pro, while more have the previous xs01(branded Xunsound instead F. Audio, but same manufacturer) I have both, so I guess the sound signature is very similar between xs01 and xs02.
The Aigo has powerful bass that go deep while remaining clear not messy, warm mids somehow tube-style that I like a lot and crisp, detailed highs well extended.
XS01 has powerful bass too, but with a bit more punch in the 50-60 hz while keeping good sub-bass strenght, the mids not so warm as z6pro but not subdued at all, the highs are more sparkling but not harsh.
Aigo is more relaxed, more audiophile but not boring at all.
XS01 is more fun, dynamic, aggressive and exciting, keeping enough audiophile grade sound.
There could be more differences about soundstage between xs01 and xs02, as the xs02 has twin DAC instead the single DAC of the xs01, so can't compare!
As told before, xs01 has a weird issue about making continuous ticking noise with strong bass like dark ambient or other rhythm-less music that made me stop using it, I guess (and I hope!!) that this has been solved in the xs02.
The other difference is battery life, 5-6 hours xs01 (probably similar in xs02) and 13-14 hours Aigo.

anyone know how the ZiShan DSD AK 4497 sounds like compared to the Revamp Acoustics Nuansa P1?

I'm starting to lean towards simpler is better and focus on the quality of the sound like the Tera Player
Things like the screen, UI and all the "extras" is where all the issues and suck on battery life comes from

My LG V30 seems to have all the bells and whistles most of these players don't have, like tidal offline and MQA

If I had an LG V30 I would stick with it. Either way the Zishan Z1 would be a great deal at $30 and with Aliexpress's sale in a couple days it may even be cheaper.

The Zishan DSD AK4497EQ ias running $159 on Ali
I have the ZiShan Z3 and it was around the price you've quoted I believe the DSd AK4497EQ is their top of the line
The Revamp Acoustics Nuansa P1 is running $350
it was touted several years ago as the common man's Tera Player

I'm assuming both these sound better than the V30 but's a gamble

With the high cost of the Revamp I'm going to out of the way and say it's more people who love the Indonesian community and sound. The price is way too high. A lot of people are happy enough with a $50 Chifi player (myself included) and that's a lot less than the $350 of that one.
