Hello All - novice poster with a question about the FiiO M3 dap user interface.
New M3 for Christmas. I think it sounds great and, like lots of other new owners, I'm waiting for the UI improvements.
Just to make sure I've not done anything stupid can anyone confirm that they have the same UI issues.
As a bit of background I have used a Sansa Clip with a Bose noise cancelling phones until now. I have a 32GB SDHC card with 100 or so classical albums. I ripped all my CDs using MediaMonkey to flac files and then used the Album tag to access symphonies/concerti/suites/operas by composer. The ripped files are stored in folders for each composer.
So here are the issues I have:
1. Album: label truncated to 11 characters so the 18 movements of the six Brandenberg concertos all appear in "Bach Concert"
2. Album list shows file names rather track titles
3. Track numbers appear to be sorted as 1, 10, 11, .... 18, 19, 2, 20, 21
4. When playing, the bottom line shows the first 23 charcters of the Album plus the number of tracks
5. When playing, the bottom but one line shows the file name which scrolls if wider than about 20 characters
Do we all ahve the same problems?
