- Over ear
- open or closed ? Prob. closed but open is also an option (depending on the requierements which are listed below), but I rather tend to choose closed (i need the privacy, if u know what i mean ; lol ; stop, i m crossing the line)
- sound signature:
• bass shall be boomy, I shall feel the presence of the bass (not so hard but not so soft)
• vocals shall be clear and natural, that means not muddy 
• instruments shall be detailled
• soundstage shall exist, a wide one (I listen to classical music as well)
 
- I have no amp/dac , never owned one (I might need some enlightenment at this topic)
- gonna use it for music listening (on my iPhone and on my gaming desktop, listening to Spotify and Youtube) -> if i really need an amp/dac, i think a portable one might be ideal 
 
- budget: my current budget is between 300-400$ (headphone+ ... ).

You should look at the akg k553. They really impressed me when I got the chance to try them. If you live near a guitar center then you could try them out too.
