- Over ear
- open or closed ? Prob. closed but open is also an option (depending on the requierements which are listed below), but I rather tend to choose closed (i need the privacy, if u know what i mean :) ; lol ; stop, i m crossing the line)
- sound signature:
bass shall be boomy, I shall feel the presence of the bass (not so hard but not so soft)
vocals shall be clear and natural, that means not muddy
instruments shall be detailled
soundstage shall exist, a wide one (I listen to classical music as well)

- I have no amp/dac , never owned one (I might need some enlightenment at this topic)
- gonna use it for music listening (on my iPhone and on my gaming desktop, listening to Spotify and Youtube) -> if i really need an amp/dac, i think a portable one might be ideal

- budget: my current budget is between 300-400$ (headphone+ ... ).

You should look at the akg k553. They really impressed me when I got the chance to try them. If you live near a guitar center then you could try them out too.
