I would think fairly soon as a batch was just finished.

That being said, I am not the one that handles those types of logistics, that is all done in Texas.

Great, thanks! I’m hoping the Khan is my favorite (simply because I don’t have a Noble IEM yet), but I’m excited to see which hybrid comes out on top.

So your broken pins wasnt due to cable change.....hmm that means you are not keeping your iem protected or handling them well. I would imagine it takes quite some strength and force to break the pins when connected to your IEMs.

you just need to handle your iem (connected to cable) more delicately i guess.......and dont follow John's way

they usually broke down just lying at my bag. initially 2-pin started just bending, I corrected it - but after some time it fallen. I tried be very careful with them (only with K10 - other earhones I use just as I wanted) - but it always happened again. The solution would be make recessed pins - and when I ordered A18t guys from 64 audio promised me to do it - but my ears was too big and they said they were not able to recess the socket in my earphones. I had an idea to use some very tough glue to prevent those breaking down - but didn't make it блин((
