I'll post some pics in a bit. I can't wrestle them out of my ears at the moment. As much as I love them though I would trade you spots in a heart beat. From my understanding you will get the $300 cable and I will not.

Yes, that's right, the Gold x Silver Cable has $300. And that's also why I wonder if it's only going to be a month to wait...

@faithguy19 congrats on joining the club!

I usually have someone assist me with cable exchanges (thank goodness for Addicted To Audio’s awesome and patient aftersales service!) as I’m legally blind. Same goes for tip exchanges too.

I’m currently using Ultimate Ears’ silicones (also used with my Sennheiser IE8s many moons ago) which are good, although my brother has a pair of XL Spinfits waiting for me. I don’t know why he won’t post them down to me but I’ll be travelling to the remote waystation at which he works later this month.

If your ears are fairly capacious (as mine are) you might also like to consider the Westone XXL silicones.

Sometimes, it's the little things that bring a smile

(It was either Pepsi or gourd tea)

LOL but it actually translates into something like “everything’s enjoyable”. In Chinese Pepsi pronounces like “a hundred things” which I guess pretty much means everything, and Cola pronounces like “enjoyable”.

Very well translation but only shadowed by the even better translation of Coca Cola, whose Chinese name literally means “tastefully enjoyable” because Coca pronounces like the Chinese word “tasteful”.

Thanks! It looks like translation worked out well for both companies. I'll be honest, I was hoping for something weirder. :D

@FullCircle , can you advise if these were translucent at all? How would you describe this color? Was this a Wizard design or customer design? I'm looking at possibly ordering something similar.

Those dont look translucent at all, at least to me. When you see translucent, you cans usually see the internal parts. If you like those, just select the reprint option, there will always be slight variants in a reprint though.
