What cable is that? Looks great
yeah looks like LabKable Samurai III , forgot exact % numbers but was like 1 platinum, 1 gold rest silver. Very nice cable and looks great but way too expansive for me. Tried it this year again at canjam London. Fellow headfier Richard uses it on his Zeus R too. I preferred it over LabKable's Titan Ag.
If you like it, pm Nic @flinkenick , he has one FS.

Titan Au got some great sweetness for vocal that I've never got from other cable I've tried but it's too expensive and I already have Pandora which is pair great with Encore.

Eventhough how it expensive, I can't deny that it's the best pairing (Titan Au and Encore) for my taste

ahhhh you're right buds, ok. Here she is. Tough to capture I must say. I hope this is acceptable. or reference I've attached a photo I got from Noble. Just to show how dark it is, but when the sun decides to come out to play, I'll take another photo. It looks awesome in sunlight! This is a re-print / slight edit of another space design, wanted a darker classier with asymmetry. Wizard delivered.

Enjoy the WizArt :)

If I had more than a phone camera with a magni-lens they may make you drool. I also am finding I prefer the phone cable vs the stock cable. I am strictly speaking of ergonomics, and my eyeglasses pretty much are to blame for that.
Seriously, that is one pretty IEM. Congrats, buddy!

Makes you just wanna leave them in a glass case, yeah? :smirk:

Thanks bro. I am proud to have such works of art in my ear canals!!
But I have to agree with watagump on that one... I wear em everywhere! Now I just have to research a good material to polish acrylic with since tese will inevitably get scratced up, being as it may that they are not in a glass case. :)

But I must add... the Wizard is a gifted artist really. No idea how he even does it. Must manipulate the acrylic while it's setting or something. And the complex wooden pieces? What The craftsmanship is amazing.

I love the fact that they very closely match the color of the face of my dress watch (which is a blue Frederique Constant Slimline moonphase). I also like that they aren't too flashy when worn in public which I was afraid of when I ordered. From any distance they look pretty bland but once you look closer things get deep.

Frickin' classy :) Can't thank the wizard enough. Also just want to edit / amend this post. Would like to add that my particular design was ordered as a "re-print" to capture the spirit of the design... this is that design..
.
con-stamatis-4-1.jpg

I then included a few instructions in the order form, that I want this image recreated, but with a more infinite space nebula vibe, and that asymmetry is a-ok, as well as to include a mic cable compatible with android.

Well, as you can see Noble Audio delivered. Even the cable works. Most android cables only have the one play-pause-next-back button, but this one had volume rockers too. Those never tend to work on android, only iPhone, but for some reason, I can control the volume on the android which is pretty awesome.

Too bad the Astell&Kern AK300 doesn't work with it, but that's the player's problem not the cable.

Needless to say I am pleased with my service :)

I have been thinking about this for a while now and finally decided to raise this point.

How have people's interactions been with Noble? I ask because I have been pretty underwhelmed with my experience thus far. Point of note - I have only spoken / emailed with Brannan mainly, so this is really a reflection of those interactions. I have found the interactions to be extremely curt, which might be a stylistic thing, however in some of the conversations he came across as downright rude which I found rather off-putting. I would have cancelled my order but I was too far along in the process. Not sure if my expectations are off but if I am being charged what I think is a fair amount of money for a CIEM, I also have some expectation of the service and this whole transaction just has been off for me. I have worked with folks at JH Audio and UE before and those experiences were night and day relative to Noble.
I was going to send you a PM but I think I will stick my neck out and answer this publicly. I have dealt with JHA and Noble. The money I spent is, to me, a huge consideration. When I imagined buying a TOTL CIEM I naively expected to be treated as a high end customer. My experience with both companies did not really feel like that. However, I feel I have been fairly treated. I am not buying a £50,000 bespoke shotgun or a £100,000 car. I am buying a £1,000 custom. This is probably at the lower end of the bespoke market. I am not a premium buyer. I am just lucky enough to be able to afford an expensive CIEM. The manufacturers are running a business. They offer a service, including refits. At which point they could quickly start to lose money. My point is that the money we pay does not pay for handling clients with kid gloves. The personalities involved that create a high end specialist business do not necessarily lend themselves to fawning and mollycodling. In both cases I got what I paid for. Superlative CIEM's. Perhaps this is a controversial view but I accept that the manufacturer is a maker proud of his product, that I enter into a contact with to supply me with a finely crafted product. He has the right to protect himself from the expectations of his customers IMHO. Something like that. I haven't really explained myself very well.

Never had any problems with Brannan with any of the email conversations I've had with him over the few years since I've been inducted into the Noble cult, er :sweat: collective. Not sure if it is Acemcl's first Noble product order but when I ordered my first Noble UIEM back in the days when they had numbers not names I would have liked a bit more mollycodding via email as I was quite nervous about the process e.g Import fees and how long it would take to arrive, but now I know what the process is I don't mind as I trust Noble a lot more.

I don't often contribute to these forum's but I feel the need to jump to Brannan's defence on this one. My experience with Noble could not be further from what you describe. In fact, when I eventually met Brannan in person yesterday at CanJam London, I made a point of complimenting him on the excellent customer service that I have experienced from him on a number of occasions. He was super pleasant and more than accommodating when I first phoned him with numerous (no doubt stupid) questions regarding the difference between the benefits of customs vs universals when I was considering buying some Katanas. The process of subsequently buying said customs was also smooth and efficient. Then, whilst I was in California on holiday recently, I called him to request he send me a (large) number of pairs of foam tips for my Noble Xs which he immediately overnighted to me. And it's not just Brannan that I have had great dealings with either. Giselle, Noble's audiologist and distributor in the U.K., as well as being a thoroughly lovely human being, has gone out of her way (literally) to help me out on a number of occasions too. I really can't say enough nice things about the pair of them, to be honest. I'm sorry to hear you have not had the same experience as me but I'd like to think you've been the unfortunate exception to the rule.

I agree with you in the main. I'm not expecting to be treated with kid gloves or whatever however as I was getting the CIEM's I had a few questions and the impression I got from the calls was that he really did not feel like talking to me. I got the feeling that he was exasperated and to be honest, I did not think I had that many questions either so may be something was just off

It's my first Noble product but I have bought and sold plenty of audio gear before so not exactly a newbie !

Just like sound quality, people reactions to people is subjective

I'd say Brannan operates within the 70% to 20% zone more so than the 10% zone more often than not, if he didn't I think Nobles standing would not be where it is today. Furthermore, keeping in mind he is at the London show, jet lagged and over worked, I wouldn't be surprised if his e mails are short and direct.

You'll just have to kill him and build a better Brannan. I have a good store of spare parts.
