Thanks for the input lol
until i score in hopes a used noble encore brass, i will try to look for something else, which out of all noble line is the most musical sounding iem, by that i mean
1- full bodied but not bloated
3- great mids that are not recessed ( mids are the most important to me )
4- great soundstage
5- good bass
6- not cold or analytical sounding
Just something that maybe as The Wizard says there iems have signatures that oozes just emotion
The brass was on sale in hk recently and the discount was pretty steep.
E mail firstname.lastname@example.org she may be able to assist you on your hunt for a more affordable brass encore
I emailed her lets see what the outcome will be , crossing my fingers
She is travelling so do expect some delay in her response
I'll be in Tokyo in November, too! (from the 21st) Hope you'll be there around the same time.
Well, I used to think they had one, but their stable of IEMs is now so wide and varied, they don't actually have a unique or prevailing sound signature any longer.
If there's one small thread linking their flagships together, though, it's that all of them have a great and solid midrange. From the K10 to the Khan, all of their top-end IEMs have clear and detailed mids. It's unmistakable.
Since my visit to ECT in Hong Kong and auditioning all the line up, the sound of the encore brass stuck with me, I will soon receive the encore brass and I am super excited, so will I have both flagships from Noble Audio the Khan and Encore Brass. I will share more once I get it
Meanwhile, I will keep enjoying the Khan, which to me and to people whom I let them try it, just wonder how such a great sound is coming out from iems, the sound is detailed, accurate, with greatness in bass, mids and highs. The sound stage is huge and you just get mesmerized listening to the Khan.
Khan is still on my "desire list". Still convincing myself on another 2000+ IEM on top of the ones here now.
Finally back from a week long trip...
As soon as I got back I started grinding out Khab Prestige
I'll take some process photos tomorrow
It's an awful lot fo spend on IEMs, but Khan actually would complement the Legend X and A12t pretty well.
I love my Khan. They are my go to when I can't use my AB-1266 phi tc. The sound stage is incredible for an iem and they are close to the sound signature of the abyss. My Solaris sit in their case 99% of the time. Long live the king
When your IEM's match your bike, you are doing it right.
Well, your tips match. Nice bike.
Every color in the bike is in the IEM's in one way or the other.
