Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

You could also try changing DAP’s, though that is expensive. I have the Custom Encore and I also own a Cayin N8 which uses a tube. The tube softens the treble slightly without equalization, yet all the bloom and detail remain. The smoothness the N8 provides to the treble along with its strong bass is the reason I bought it. It also has equalization, but I feel it sounds best without it. They are a great match if you wish to try it out. Tks.

Road trip with the my new Savant II.

I have only about 30hrs on them and I’m liking them so far. The treble has a nice sense of air while the upper mids have enough meat to them to make vocals sound organic and very enjoyable. Bass also hits fast and cleanly.

Aesthetically these are one of the nicest looking IEMs i have owned and they are also quite small which makes them really comfortable to listen to.

I will take full credit for you buying those Khan's. I am a very bad man.

Not as bad as the guys at F1AUDIO. Them convinced me to buy my current speaker setup. It is a huge improvement over my old set up with the ls50.

As long as you are happy and not in the poor house, why the heck not. None of us would have anything we love if not for the work people like John do.

You really need to reign in the fanboy stuff Wata.

Giving credit to the person who created the product we like is being a fanboy? I guess I better not praise people who make music I like either.

Just comes across as sycophantic. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood. Apologies.

I was going to just let it go, but I want to give some more info, hopefully the mods wont delete it. If I want something from Noble, I just ask them, I don't need to post something that looks like I am kissing butt to get what I want.

In Feb after CanJam was over, I was offered a set of Savant 2, I told them its cool I have no need for them, so I declined. I do what I do because I still believe in Noble and I always have, I also like helping people make decisions since so many never get the chance to try the products for themselves. So over the years, I have taken my shots of being called a liar, and fanboy, a shill etc. I am not swimming in Noble gear, my profile is up to date with exactly what I currently have, guess what, I don't have the Khan's. I have also asked for things and been told no, I have also offered to pay for things like cables etc.

I will have my Khan's back when they are fixed, but I am at the back of the line. The last thing I was given by Noble was a set of Tridents, not long ago, they were not even for me, I gave them to a friend who because of this might even come to CanJam. So if people really think I am doing what I do to be loaded up with free gear, I assure you that is not the case. My Khan's came as a complete surprise, I was going to be sending my K10 in for repair, which I ended up not doing. Below is the current condition of my K10, it doesn't feel to good having tape with glue on the scraping against my ears. I have not contacted Noble about fixing them and even if I do, I would offer to pay, since its not their fault.

I am not a rich person.... that opportunity vanished long ago.

But I am lucky, lucky to still be here I still have a chance, I still have an opportunity...

Do you like my bush fix John? Pretty jazzy eh? Its funny how super glue ALWAYS stick to fingers over things you want it to stick to.

I really do apologise Wata. Put it down to a bad mood. Life is not too peachy here at the moment. I usually enjoy your contributions to HeadFi. I'm with you on super glue. The only thing I find it sticks really well is my fingers!
