I listen for 8 hours+ a day at work sometimes and rarely have any time at home anymore. so why not bring the good stuff to work? :)

I should probably look into some closed back full sized...but I need it to not leak at all, which is why I still use my k10 and katana

Make the jump to the Khan's.

sold my Hugo 2. I found it too bright and couldn't listen all day at work with my Katanas

decided to be dumb and replaced with it a DAVE.

yeah. wow.
H2 for work not for me. The details are a bit overwhelming when I try to focus on something else. And it’s a bit too neutral/ bright for long time listening.

By the way I think Noble X is pretty good for working/ studying, neither fatiguing nor offensive, but also not the type of overly warm IEMs that put you to sleep.

That is fair enough, I just couldn't imagine bringing £10k worth of audio gear into the office for the reasons I said before. My setup is about £1600 at work and even that I am a bit worried might go missing one day.

For reference I had a nice Armytek Viking Pro V3 torch worth about £70 that vanished from my draw and we have had 2 work tablet stolen as well (which had paperwork on that wasn't backed up...) so I guess our work situations must be very different.

Nice, congratulations! Question is how many thousands did you spend to win that? :beerchug::ksc75smile:

Can't say about the Katana, but the Hugo 2 sounds fantastic with the Kaiser Encore (and Kaiser 10, for that matter). I was previously driving them from various DAPs and more recently, a Chord Mojo + Poly. However, the Hugo 2 brings the quality to a whole new level (or several). I don't find them bright, thankfully, not even on the "Neutral" filter.

But Hugo 2 to Dave? Damnnnn.
