You got me on that one.
NT6 is exceptionally good and i sense zero sibilance/hotness on my NT6 , but i am listening to it with the whiplash hybrid v3 cable which has amazing synergy
balanced, airy, musical - zero shortcomings, imho
btw, since you mentioned @Average Joe in the se5ult thread , here is his take on various TOTL (C)IEMs , and one of the main reasons i decided to hunt down a NT6+hybrid cable (if i remember correctly or was it @tupac0306 ? anyway whoever the author these are his findings - unbiased and having heard more than 1-2 totl )
and yes driver count does not necessarily mean sound superiority , my custom art anzu v2 was a 10-BA and i find the nt6 to be way, way better

Seemed to be very honestly written + some nice thoughts on Mojo vs Hugo as well
Interesting that he took a swipe at this thread!
Well I got completely screwed by UPS (Usless Piece of S**t)... Not only at the beginning of shipping did they have a supposed breakdown which delayed my order but now they attempted delivery twice today and both times ignored the safe place Gisele set so took it away again! To top it off I go on holiday tomorrow so I can't even get it from her now... FFS so angry!
Ouch, not nice. Still try to enjoy your holiday (anywhere nice?) and the ciems will be there when you get back.
Just frustrating that shipping companies are so crap... No matter which one you use they constantly screw up!
Going down to Truro, Cornwall so I am going to try and get Gisele to ship them to me down there, really wanted them for the mammoth 7 hour drive though... Ah well best laid plans and all that rubbish.
I'm afraid to say that UPS in my case stands for Ultimate Postal Service. My Savanna was posted by Brannan on Thursday and it's here in the UK at the Reading depot which isn't too far from where I live for delivery on Monday. Whether I'll have your bad luck I don't know but rest assured you are in my thoughts.
I hope they get their act together soon as December is around the corner
To be honest at the end of the day it is just down to luck as you say. I have had several deliveries by UPS and they have been okay. Doesn't make it any less frustrating though sadly when you spend £1900 just to get shot in the foot at the very end of an otherwise smooth process!
Btw, i have a crucial shipment of parts held up by ups as well. Ups says it was sorted wrong, no indication as to when it will be sorted right
Im in the wrong business
Yes, i have read complaints that Noble is too popular, too many fans, yada yada yada
The thing is, most folks know that if one is caseing out a new restaraunt, you should check out the number of cars in the parking loat, and use that as a barometer of quality. To me, this thread is also a type of barometer, as a company doesnt get satisfied customers without constantly grinding
Ok, off the soap box, back to bed
If you'll allow me to ask you a question then Dr John. What would be your other dream profession/business if you couldn't be a audio Wizard/Audiologist?
That is a frightening question, as im doing my passion already. But i think what ever the job would be, functional art/design would be a component of it. Honestly " they say" do your passion, and i can tell you by experience when you do your passion, you never worry about the clock/how many hours you work, you never feel cheated, because you would do your passion for free to begin with.
The down side is, you are obsessed, your kids dont see you as much as they should, and hopefully your wife is fine with your thoughts always on your work. You also dont get much sleep either
