No response from headb.com after multiple emails sent.

As I have posted earlier, my C&C XO went dead and refused to charge. I have been sending emails even before that earlier thread but I have no got any replies till date.

I just hope they see this here and respond.

I am disappointed enough that the product stopped working so soon after the purchase. I just hope the follow up support can win me back, but as per now, signs are not good as I have yet to even get a response.

Maybe I will send a pm here to them too, anyone can help me about what is their ID? Else, I'll try to find it from the earlier threads.
