I notice that some people have both Audioquests: the Nightowls and the Nighthawks. Anyone like to say why you have both .. different listening environments? Different musical genres? Gear acquisition syndrome? Something else?

I don’t have either, but I’d think that would be the reason someone would own both.

Yeah, I know. But the NO seem to me to be so 'open sounding' that I wonder, if I owned both the NO and the NH, how would I decide which ones to put on....

Hawk has bigger bass, wider soundstage and Owl has more treble. Pick your poison.
