I recently got the etymotic er4ps and the 4s adapter. After getting used to the seal and such, I love them. I want to get a small amp to use with the 4s and my Ipod. The Xin seems to be well regarded here and is definitely small. A couple of questions are... Do I need to get any of the add ons that are listed there, or is the super mini ready to use for me? I don't have knowledge on some of the options listed there. I know I will need the cord to go from the amp to the Ipod, but is that all I really need. And my second ? is, do I need to buy the cord from Xin, or will radio shack have a cheaper just as good version? 19.99 seems pretty high but again, I'm a newbie. Also how soon do people recieve their amp from Xin after placing an order.

I'd add all the amp options he says are recommended except the Xinfeed. This is still optional but since it's only $4.99, get it too. On the etymotics headphones, I like the sound better without the crossfeed but you can add it and have the option to turn it on and off at will. The Xin cord is a good deal for the supermini because it's so small and works well will the amp. It probably sounds better than any at radio shack too. You should receive the amp in less than week after placing the order.
