So, I finally got my X3 to work with a 32g Sandisk....and I've upgraded to firmware 2.1
 
I have mostly MP3 downloaded to my player (both on the internal memory and micro SD card) and they play fine. However, no album art appears, even though my FiiO Play Display is set to 'Album" (and when I play the file on my laptop (WIN 7) the album art displays immediately when I play the songs). How can I fix this?
 
Since we can't create playlists, I'd like to tag my workout songs as favorites. How do I do this? 
 
Sorry, but there is little in the user guide...and I can't seem to cull the relevant information from the 400+ page threads.

Hi Techie Techie,
 
I haven't done it with MP3 files, but I have added artwork as tags to MP4 (i.e. ALAC) and FLAC files using foobar2000. These image tags show on my X3 during playback. Hope that helps.
