Oh yeah! Good question! I nearly crushed one of my treble tubes the other week trying to safely remove it from the earpiece...

So you all know, work with Jason and Sleek, just wanted to let you know the removal tools are available, we just have not gotten them up on the site yet, though we will pretty soon, just working out some of the little site kinks right now.

Hey, you guys have finally (I understand it wouldn't be a top priority) managed to update/change your website! It's a major improvement, gotta say; reflects the both professional and quality company/people behind it, that have moved from fledging, getting yourself out there to out there, set up and well established.
