With the SP1000 + SP1000AMP, and a Silver cable, the ZMF verite Closed is adictive.... & sound better than with the A&K SP2000 that I compared recently ! ( but SP2000 sound better with IEMs)

Sure the SP1KAmp has 10 Vrms vs the SP2k 6 Vrms, on paper it should drive the Verite better and may even sound better given the higher power output. What if you control the SPL sound level so they both have the same sound level, did you try to compare it that way.

Not an expert, but try turning wifi off, then spkm off. Then turn on, turn wifi on again and it should retry to do the update with normal update reboot.

FYI, contacted my local dealer and they said that AK is aware of the issue. New firmware will be available soon

.... instead to make it, with new firmwares, impossible to install app's or uninstall running app's.
Anyway, we can't handcuff them for keep there system tight.
But if they do so, they should also invest some time in there half-baked Software and kill some bugs like:
1) same album name (from different artists) get the same cover unless you play tracks
2) if the track name with umlauts (for example in german) the not displayed correctly (see attached picture)
Why the heck is the album section under each artist not sortable how i like (ABC, year)?

Over on the Roon Community it was suggested the problem AK may be having for Roon certification is the Android Roon apk sample to 48k issue. That upsampling from 44.1 to 48 keeps me with the native Tidal app. You never know what is coming out of the Tidal apk app.
