Yes, I know sp1k has this problem. But I've heard some say sp1000m doesn't seem to have it? I hope someone happens to have these two devices

Need help

Just purchased the AK 1000m, and love the sound of it with my Westone W80s.

Now to where I need help, I have no problem connecting to my home wifi, or public wifi, but I cannot connect to my hotspot from my iphone 13. I have rebooted several times, turned wifi on and off, to nothing, it will not find my iphone 13 pro. I bought this to use a portable source, and do alot of streaming tidal. I know i can download music offline, but would prefer to be able to stream using my phones hotspot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the "Maximize Compatibility" feature turned on on your iPhone? I understand it helps with 2.4 GHz wifi connections (which is what the SP1000M uses). Apple uses 5 GHz by default on iPhone 12 and later.

Yes it is, never had any problem w Solaris or also Andromeda

Has any1 got cracking back plate w/o any reason?

Have no abnormal using, yeah I am not mad. But back plate crack in front of my eyes when I touch it.
Develope from few mm near A&ultima letters, when touching the crack, it extend fast to the edge.
I confirm again by touch the remaining end, same phenomenon: cracking to end.
Now my backplate crack fully top to bottom.

I don’t use leather case 10 months recently because day by day the dap's hotter runing w/ newer fw.
(I back to 1.20CM not only for free installing app as I want but also by hot running reason.
1.20CM damn good)

Use carefully. My unit never ever drop or impact.
Max scratch is about 12mm and very light.

Hi Jason, is there any change for models like SE200, SP2000 which run Android 6 can have updated system, for example Android 9 at least? Also the new functions like BT sink can be ported to these old models? It's been a year but still no news so far.

I doubt it will ever happen. You want new OS, you have to get the newer models.
