Does anyone know what size drill bit to use when making new tips? Also, do I freeze the new tips first to make drilling easier? Thanks anyone for replies.

I think hole size is 3/16"? I think I read that you soak the tips in water, freeze them and then drill.

Yes. Thank you. I was not sure because they expand/shrink while frozen, and could change the size.

Whoa, what an awesome idea! I didn't even think of something like that!

Hmm...something like that would be perfect for punching holes in Mint Tins!
