Just received the Sony IER M9.

My zx507 balanced jack still requires 200hours burn in. So the sound isn't perfectly tuned in yet
There's certainly harshness in the sound but oh boy...

This iem is really top notch in stereo imaging and coherency. It's really a mini Sennheiser HD800.

DSEE HX really brings out the soundstage. You can hear depth and height.

You have to try out yourself.

Any reason you did not disable the calendar app?

Is it possible to disable/uninstall Google Play ?

Actually lack of Google Play is a plus, because all apps can be installed from APKPure and it is easier than Google Play because no need to sign in with a google account. Google Play and its services (Gmail, Google Assistant etc.) cause random unnecessary notifications they occupy RAM& processor.

It depends.

If you have paid for apps and monthly subscriptions then you have to rely on Google play store. Else you can just disable and use APKPure

I'm in the same boat, unless it can be rooted and the volume limit removed.

I've dealt with varios roots and custom ROMs and things often get problematic. It seems like the best option is importing . ZX507 is cheaper in Japan ($715 equivalent), total import cost shouldn't be much higher than the European ZX507 price. Though I don't know how order things from Japan and if it is safe.

I am now about half way of the 200hour burn in.

Now the ZX507 seems to have more attack in it's transient, also sub-bass notes feels like it sustains abit more "longer"(talking about microseconds), I am guessing the capacitors are getting more "seasoned". Also (non-recording/microphone based) Sibilance seems to have gone away almost completely.

Whaaaattt siblance????
How can zx507 be siblant?
What iem you are using and what type of music. Is it mp3s?
