They might still have rehurbs though, just like how Apple always has the 1st gen iPod touch if you happen to "break it" So what will we be expecting from the possible new Shure range? Some three way headphones, or maybe some quad driver?

True, but i think they just ship you a brand new pair? or is it all refurb?
cause i've had quite a few pairs off them before, and they all seem brand new...?

but anyway, it's so annoying when this happens, like you buy a new car, and the next week theres a new model out

some guy said something about new mics maybe? i'm not really familiar with there products apart from their earphones. HOPEFULLY! they don't release any new ones.

you guys do realize exactly how extensive the shure product range is dont you??? there may well be an IEM in the 4 products, but actually I find it unlikely. could be. oh well doesnt bother me; I just RMA;s my SE530 you can guess what the problem was and I dont want to talk about it since i've been defending it. anyway, if its a new IEM i'll be just trading up to that instead (only if they have sorted the problem... yes its THAT problem). or if not by by SE530 come-in IE8. keeping the W3 though. it sounds soooo nice with my bigger better DIYMOD.

its very possible it could be a new range of earphones or a refinement of current headphones, i know for a fact they are releasing the shure se115 because they let it slip on the website for a day or 2 and now its gone, so thats most likely one of the 4.

the se115 is the se110 with a new upgraded dynamic driver.

i know its not on the website now but i can guarantee this is in the lineup because i saw it on the website which i assume was a mistake on thier side, it also said coming soon so i dont know why they took it off the website.

So I googled Se115 Shure and found this

http://www.shuredistribution.co.uk/s...rphone_faq.pdf
How is the new SE115 different from the SE110?
The SE115 ushers in a new era for Shure earphones because it comes in four vivid new hues (Blue, Pink, Black, Red). With this rainbow of colors, Shure enables consumers to further personalize their favorite devices and make a fashion statement while achieving premium audio quality. From a technology standpoint, the primary difference between the SE115 and the SE110 is that the SE115 uses a dynamic driver (specifically, a Second Generation Dynamic MicroSpeaker), while the SE110 uses a balanced armature driver.
• What is the benefit of a dynamic driver vs. a balanced armature driver?
The dynamic driver gives consumers a warmer and richer sound signature with more bass. The SE115 is the first $99 earphone capable of fitting a dynamic driver into a form factor of its size, giving consumers bigger sound in a smaller and more stylish package than ever before.
• Will Shure’s other earphone models be available in color? If so, when?
Shure does not disclose details about the company’s product development plans.
• How much does the SE115 cost?
The retail price for the SE115 is $99.99.

so there we have it... thats number 1 in the lineup. now what is 2,3 and 4.

hey maybe there could be a new range of colours for the se530, that would be brilliant!

as far as i was aware it is yes. hence that is why shure is saying the se115 uses a second generation dynamic driver, i assume better than the first gen one used in the se110
