Cool. Thank you.

So let me get this right. With the A1 I'll be able to go Macbook via optical > Audio-GD Fun rca line out > A1 > passive speakers? If so that's awesome. I was looking at purchasing an Audioengine A5 after my next headphone buy to complete my desktop setup. The Fiio A1 may be a better and cheaper alternative.

Edit: Riku540 was first in expressing interest so he may be more deserving of the gift.

14watts per channel isn't much, why only 14watts per channel, why not create a powerful amp like the e9 is a very powerful headphone amp, what about 200watts per channel id buy that.

I am definitely interested!  I was wondering what to do with an adapter as I'm putting together some electrostatic amps and I didn't want a huge one for the office but 14W is perfect for powering these adapters.

Count me in for one of the 66

1, Yes, you can connnect A1 to the RCA line out from Audio-GD, and drive the passive speakers!

2, I am not sure Riku540 will like to buy one too! but if he will , we will also send him a free S1! and the 3th, 4th, 5th beyer!

A1 is an desktop mini AMP, it is design to drive some small speaker ! the best will be some 3 or 4 inch speakers! and also the dimension  of A1 is the same as E9! so it is really not big and save your desk space!

There aren't many 15watt passive speakers about , there normally 40watts plus , maybe you could make some small passive speakers to go with it.
