Where has the new post link gone. I thought it was in the blue link bar? I tried the one under quick links and it told I didn't have permission???

The New Posts function is based on vBulletin search. I've received so many complaints via post, PM and e-mail about the forum performance when the search is turned on that I've decided to keep it off most of the time, until we can complete our move (still waiting for one of the servers to arrive).
