The limit is 128GB. With larger cards, only the lowest 128GB is accessible.

Seems kanth used a 256GB card, discussed his review comments. So at least larger cards work, I guess. Themasterswitch says, "Storage: 64GB (Exp. to 192GB)"

I've been scoping the D2 out for my first DAP. Seems the best performing DAP I can find for around the price. But apparently there's some screen issues and bugs that might develop.

I hope we get a Firmware update soon, it's been over a year since the last one. There's a few minor ripples that need to be ironed out, for me :-

1. Time Clock error, notified by another member
2. FLAC file compatability error
3. Unable to delete certain empty folders (Deletes the files but not the folder) (I've had to 'hide' them)).

Minor niggles but niggles nevertheless.

I have solved the issue. Now finally enjoying the D2...

How’s your A105? It’s only been about 5 weeks or so since last communication. I’ve made several changes (surprise right?), I’ve sold the a45 and replaced with the D2. My iems are also going through changes as well. I have a pair of Dita Answer (on the way) and bought a pair of Penon Audio Sphere, really nice synergy with the D2. Can’t wait for the Dita’

Hello, anyone happen to have compared PD2 vs hiby R6 pro? I was thinking to upgrade from PD2 but was warned it might be a mistake.. maybe ill keep my cowon after all. I dont care about streaming, just sq. Im eunning sensitive iems( fearless s8p)

I recent bought a PD2. Awesome sounded, super powerful and tiny at the same time.

Read my fully loaded 400GB SD card and plays every single track I wanted to test it with.

The Plenue 2 mkii is slimmer, lighter and more elegent than the Hiby R6.
Have you tried it yet? It is definitely an upgrade of D2 if you like the Plenue sound signature and its famous Jeteffects.
Hiby R6 pro sounds good with it Hiby player but the vocal is a bit thinner than the Plenue 2 mkii. You may also miss the Jeteffects of the Cowon Plenue...

I am using a 256gb, but you need to format this to fat32. It is limited to (I believe) 8000 folders and 16.000 files. I have about 190gb flacs on this microsd card and everything works perfect.
