Hello,
My name is David, and I am just starting in setting up a music system. I have already gotten plenty of advice here by lurking in the forums. I hope to contribute someday for other’s benefits. Thank you for the addition to the community.

Hello,
I’m jack. I have been lurking on head-fi on and off for two years, but I have finally made an account. Really looking forward to interacting with the fellow enthusiasts on here! Cheers😃

Hi everyone!

I discovered Head-Fi recently and figured I would make an account after snooping around checking out reviews and other interesting things.

I'm young and relatively new to hi-fi audio. My first decent headphones were some Pioneer HDJ-2000 MK1's back 7-8 years ago. A year or so ago I upgraded to a pair of Audioquest Nightowls. Most recently I am trying out some Oppo PM-2's to complement my NightOwls with some open back planar's- a first for me! I love how unique and varying headphones can be, though owning more than one desktop pair has been conflicting for me. Not sure how it would feel to own even more!

Hello to all who read my first text.
I like headphones, upgrade cables and portable MP3-Player.
I read a lot here and like it.
Continue to write so diligently and take care of you and your loved ones.

headphones are cool and everything but i love speakers much more especially because you can feel the music with your body and rave to it no matter the location in your house, but the downside is you must have acoustic adaptation tailored specifically for your room, otherwise everything will sound like a big mush of sound waves instead of music. Headphones are generally better in terms of retreiving detail and its honestly a different experience, #staxbro. It also depends on what genre of music you're into so to each their own i guess.

ya, i just wanted to sell my headphones. nothing more nothing less. useless forum security foolishness
If I just wanted to sell something quickly I would choose other portals. New Head-Fiers have little rights. But I wish you luck.

Until Corona I was too rarely at home and therefore everything had to be transportable.

Hi all,
Bl1nd here, longtime lurker and sounddesigner who more recently started getting into IEMs, wondering why I've been using these clunky big headphones all these years lol. I'm also endeavoring into some DIY audio projects now where I'm hoping to get some input from other nerds in the field :) Happy to become a part of this community!

Hiya everyone, I'm Adrian from England. I've been buying, selling and testing out headphones and other audiophile gear for a couple of years now. It all started with a Sennheiser HD600 and now I just have a Beyerdynamic DT480 but no amplifier unfortunately because I had to sell things off to survive this year...
