i could test the newest Version of the HPA by LAB12 (no Impedance switch, power stage adapts automatically)
 
I was amazed by the sound, it made the usually unhearable HD800 ( too bright and analytical for my taste, i cant stand the sibilance with most amps) evened out and more musical.

I’ve had this amp for about 3 weeks. It’s amazing & the ability to use it as a pre for both digital & analog signal inputs make it a unique & irreplaceable component in my office desk top set up. It adds just the right amount of warmth to my streaming unit...making the music sound organically lush. The fit & finish is gorgeous...& nostalgic.
