As I know, the HD595 is made of titanium!
I do think this is the first that Sennheiser use titanium on their products, they have never used that before-not even the Orpheus.
So the price of Hd595 will be ????

You said you found them on sennheiser's website, you mean www.sennheiserusa.com? I looked I couldn't find anything.

They look pretty cool , I wonder if these are just orginal model with new looks ( like the hd595 is really just an hd590 in a new body).

WHOA!! That 595 is a heck of a sexy beast! Man, definitely one of the coolest-looking phones I've ever seen. Wonder if it sounds as good as it looks! Is it replacing the 580?

Umm , the stats show that hd595 is the same impedance as the hd590 ( 120), but the 595's freq range is only 18-28000 where the hd590 is 12-38000. Well as we know freq range means very little ( just look at the Sony mdr-r10 , 20-20 range

). But other then it's looks , this doesn't seem to look like an upgrade on the hd590.

How so? You really can't tell if its an upgrade just by looking at its specs. Hell, it may be the best thing since sliced bread.

I'll stick with my HD600 and 650 hehe ;p

Would make a neato LAN / gaming headphone for alienware to market though. Sennheiser's consumer level phones are pretty good sounding.

Cheers,
