I was excited to have a little inside information on this piece earlier on as Paul was developing it, so I'm glad that I can finally actually talk about it! I have only been on head-fi for a few months, but I can tell you that Tube Audio Design has an excellent reputation on the other forums I take part in and you'll find plenty of positive reviews of his past products on audioreview, audiogon, and other places. I have been a customer of his since 2007 and still use his TDAC as the DAC in my main speaker rig. This is his first headamp offering, and I can't wait to get one in-house to hear it first hand!

Not sure if anyone took interest in this amp, but I"m really sad to report that Paul at Tube Audio Design has passed away. He was a really great guy to work with and he and I were just starting to become buds...I was shocked to hear the news. Anyway, just FYI.
