New Google Maps - FREAK OUT.

I heard this on the news and they said the maps were at least a year old. Looks incredible if you ask me.

I'll follow Edwood's lead (without the cool .gif animation, though).

Near the top right of the screen, you'll see 2 selections, 'Map' and 'Satellite'. By default, it goes to Map. Click Satellite. Use the Zoom + & - on the left hand side .

It's fun to see how much different the landscapes/way the houses are arranged & built are in the US cities and where I live. Although Toronto probably looks something like New-York, my city is far from looking like a big chunk of brick.. I <3 TREES!

The images are finally came up and running for me, I'm guessing the servers were a little overloaded.

I do wish the resolution could be improved, hopefully that'll be one of their goals as time goes on.
