I was hoping that would be the case but I received a pair of ER3XR last week from them and had to pay £32 custom charge...

I also found this which clarifies Drop does not have anything to do with any custom fees incurred with any order with them.

Using them now at work, directly plugged to my laptop + Tidal, and I still don't understand why these sub-100 gems are not more present in head-fi.
I agree that the HE100 require a pinch more juice than the power offered by standard smartphone (tried with Realme X2 Pro, Redmi Note 5 and 9T, and it lacks the fuller sound that I get when using computer or 9038s, although still enjoyable). The musicality is very good with ES100 too, but I like some more weight on it and use some EQ to enjoy them so much.

IMHO, apart from stock cable's microphonics, one of the top-tier sub-100 (sound-wise) and one of those rare monitors that keep a good musicality, despite its analytical potential.

EDIT: Special mention for comfort, plus they shine when used on the go too due to in-mic cable.
