Don't know but it's referred to as a flagship model so will be expensive I would imagine.

This is beautiful with OLED screen, but the LPGT is more advanced.
I wish they would release it with SDXC support.

I have and love the Plenue S, this definitely looks very interesting. A little intrigued by the choice of the ESS9038, but I hope they work their magic like they did on the Plenue S.

no rush to buy any cowon. from my previous experience of buying p2 last december, cowon just released the news of mk2 by end of dec in a sudden.
their marketing is following ak, make a big forecast of material, and having revised model phase by phase

saw impression from someone who attended the show in china, the L is no better than the p2 mk2, amazing, isn't it?

Can you please share a link with impressions? I only seen a brief mentioning by Brian Wong in Rudi's group on FB, and he was comparing it to PS, not P2mk2. Pretty much, P2mk2 and PL are very close in exterior design and dimensions/weight, the only difference is AK4497EQ vs ESS9038Pro DAC and 2.5mm vs 4.4mm outputs.

Also, though on paper, relative to BAL output: P2mk2 (AK4497EQ) SNR 123dB, out 3.24Vrms, out impedance 2.6 ohm vs PL (ES9038Pro) SNR 128dB, out 4.0Vrms, out impedance 1.8 ohm.

Higher output power, lower output impedance, and 5dB improvement in dynamic range with lower noise floor gotta account for some difference in sound. The only problem, it does look like an upgraded P2mk2 rather than a new flagship DAP.
