New Cowon iAudio i7 Firmware ver. 1.17

A new firmware for the i7 has just been released from Cowon.

It seems that Cowon has fixed a few bugs. I will be upgrading now to find out whether it fixes any of the bugs I have encountered. The good people over at iAudiophile say that it does not erase all of the stuff you have on the player except your settings despite Cowon stating on their site that the new firmware does indeed delete all of the data on the i7.

I don't know because I have my music organised in folders Artist --> Album --> CD1/x --> Songs. I will test this once I get home otherwise go browse through Cowons site I am sure that it is mentioned there if it can use m3u playlists.
