Looks like there are new contender for an all-in-one solution. Good specs w/ 24/96 USB, the DAC2.5 even have analog in and remote. Prices are not so bad either, DAC1.5 at $1395, DAC2.5 at $1995.

I have a feeling that there is no difference between the clocks of the 3 and the 3.5.
I'd be curious to find out, though in my eyes the 1 db of dynamic range difference could've been a different result of the same test on the same Ultraclock.

Just because they were able to achieve this result one time they ran the test, it would allow them to call it the 'Master Reference' version.
So I guess to me it just seems too convenient, especially since they both have the upgraded PSU (Virtual Battery) and the low-noise full galvanic isolation on the digital inputs which should result in the greatest effect on it's ability to be any more 'Master Reference'.
