hahaha not surprising from a business perspective. the reason to price the Z under the 3 was to not diminish the perceived value of their ultimate flagship, but with their new $4k ultimate flagship pricing, they have a lot of wiggle room to throw in other models underneath.

@Audeze What happened to this project and what's your current stance on it? 1200 ohms planar would be something amazing, IMO.
