I actually kind of like the CS300XS when paired with the Onkyo DAC-1000 and LCD-3. It's nowhere near accurate, but hey, every now and then some people just want a lot of that "cream."
 
However I've most enjoyed the CS300XS with the TakeT TR2 and H2+. The pair just synergizes well. Unfortunately it has a lot of background noise, a persistent humming. I've tried running wire in case it was a ground loop, but I'm thinking it may be the tubes or the amp itself. It's always hummed with the T1 and HD800 too for some reason...
