Etymotic research and altec lansing disolved their contract, and UE stepped in, currently the Metro.fi 2 and the super.fi 3 are sold under altec lansing branding, while Etymotic research sell their own gaming line under the name EDGE Acustics, E.D.G.E. Acoustics
