FedEx stopped by today and dropped one of these off. I really haven't spend much quality time with her, but initial impressions are: Holy Crap!!!!!! I thought the MOH sounded good, and really couldn't see how it could get any better......it can. I want to spend a lot more QT with her and will post some further impressions.

And yes, it's a she. So very sweeeeet.

Quick question, I hope. What is the difference between the 2001 MAX and the 2002 MAX? I heard of the newer 2001 MAX, with a flatter high frequency response, but nothing about a 2002 version.

I believe the 2001 and 2002 production runs are the same design.

BTW, the frequency response is not supposed to be "flatter" but totally FLAT!! period!

That's what we want total accuracy, the truth, nothing but the whole truth! Go MAX!!

Kelly, it started with a PM conversation with Danny about upgrading the MOH to the Reference module and a stepped attenuator. Then it progressed to me calling HeadRoom....before I knew what happened, I had ordered the Max.
