Hi all,

I have a pair of yammy EPH-100's that are beginning to get old, and I might be looking for another portable IEM to replace their duty. I also do some DJ'ing on the side, so these might see use there sometimes too; the EPH-100s were suitable enough for that job actually.

I haven't kept up to date on the latest IEMs, so while I dig around, I was wondering whether anyone could help point me in the right direction on the way? My ears have been trained by now to use my Sennheiser HD-25-1 II's as a sort of reference sound, so I'm looking to get something similar to that experience on the go and in a smaller package. Sound wise, I am looking for something fairly neutral; not a bass head, and ideally with tamed highs (HD25s get a bit annoying sometimes with their little bump). Soundstage doesn't matter as much as the tonal quality. I've learned to deal with a tiny soundstage with the HD25's, and I find that a big one kind of lies to me sometimes (the EPH-100's had a decent soundstage).

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
