Ok, I have the Ultrasone 580. They are about $140. I listen to electronic, dubstep, techno,rap. I need a usb soundcard to get myself some better audio quality. I cannot have a sound card in my computer becuase i have two graphics cards and it takes up to much space. Also I really dont need a headphone amp becuase my headphones are like 32 ohms. So what is the best usb soundcard under $50?

just look for a usb DAC - there are 1000's of them and 1000's of threads talking about them.  But you'd get further looking for usb DAC vice usb soundcard.  I'm not sure about the price though.  You'll need something with an amp in it too even for iem's to actually power the headphones - realizing that iem's don't need much of an amp but they still need an amp.  Fiio e17 would be my pick but that's over your $ range to e7 or e10...
 
But when it comes down to it you're looking for a USB DAC/amp.
