I think T800 has much better isolation than LZ A6.
LZ A6 is no longer in production if I'm not wrong, they are clearing stock now so I saw some sets at low $200 (first hand) on aliexpress during their recent Anniversary Sale. LZ A6 has tuning filters so u can potentially change the sound signature, though T800 allows 3rd party knowles filters to be placed inside the IEM to modify the treble a bit (some find the T800 too bright in the treble, but that depends if u are treble sensitive or treble head).

I don't have the LZ A6 but I do have the T800 and it is very good technically, especially in instrument separation, clarity and details. And isolation is superb, north of 30 dB, so I use it extensively for stage monitoring. Even though it is an 8 BA (knowles) set, the tuning and vented subwoofer make it sound like a DD bass in terms of decay and subbass extension.
