need suggestions for $150-$200 headphones, unamped from creative zen v plus

Why does it have to be unamped? If you're going for that price, the headphones are either going to be IEMs or very big, and with the latter the bulk of an amp is irrelevant.

If you got the sr80 already, the best thing you could do is get the sr225 or actually buy an amp or something.

Yeah, with an SR-80 already, an amp is the next step. There's no point in getting other, better headphones that also can't be properly driven by a zen.

Grado SR-225 or a good pair of IEMs.

Beyer DT770/80 sound decent from an iphone. They are also sturdy and don't attract a lot of attention (if you plan to wear them around).
