Getting a Onkyo A-9010 and going to connect it to my PC, what bookshelf speakers and subwoofer in the $300-$350 range would be the best match ?

    There's a bookshelf version of those towers - B652Air.

That said, if you're using them on stands, as long as you can sit far enough 3-way towers aren't a bad idea.

If you're using them on a desk, just don't expect the subwoofer integration to be completely seamless if you can't put the sub between the two speakers as that will have a minute amount of risk that you can't just keep lowering the gain and crossover cut off to reduce how the bass is getting localized to the subwoofer's location. Or that while it can it could be at a point where you can barely hear the sub if you're expecting it to really pound rather than just fill in where the standmounts roll off.

In any case if you are getting these to use on a desk you might as well hold off on the A9010 and consider nearfield monitors like the JBL LSR305 or KRK Rokit 6.
