I have been using Nuforce NE-700x earphones and until they wore out was very happy with their sound.  I need to keep my cost definitely under $100, and preferably under $75 for their replacements.  I do NOT want what many call bass-heavy and prefer "accurate" sound reproduction.  Suggestions?

The Sleek Audio SA1 maybe good for you too at MSRP $70, but the best value will be the Klipsch X10 at $100.

But back to the topic - there are many ways one can portray accuracy. Would be helpful if you gave a baseline in terms of a bearable quantity of bass. i.e. anecdotes in regards to IEMs where you found the bass to be excessive, where it was not. Also any thoughts on comfort, isolation, etc, would help as well.
