I currently have a pair of Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset that sound amazing but am thinking of upgrading. Basically here's what I need:

* 10hz or lower base response (5 would be great but I love clear and powerful base).
* Low noise bleeding out and also getting rid of some of the outside noise too (but I don't need noise-canceling).
* Would love to go wireless but not necessary.
* Comfortable for 4+ hour gaming sessions.
* Budget is $100-$300.
*USB connection not 3.5mm cable.
*Microphone attached.

The headphones that I'm comparing so far are Artic Steel Series 7 (wired) and Bose Quiet $300 headphones (wireless) but they're so noise-cancelling I can't hear anything because of noise cancelation and they're expensive but so far they are the only headphones that seem to meet my criteria. Any help would be great, thanks.

I don't think you should be hung up on a numerical value of frequency response. Just go for the best headphone that meets your requirements. It is going to be very difficult to find one with a USB connection rather than a traditional connector.

We can assume this is for PC use, not gaming console?
So you want USB and mic built in, so your looking for a headset,
not a headphone setup (separate headphone, DAC/amp, mic)
I would try and talk you into getting a Modmic, USB-DAC/amp and nice headphones.
