Need some advice please

I have just purchsed a Musical Fidelity X-Can v3 Headphone Amp.

My headphones are a pair of Sennheiser HD 600.

I now need some advice on a good budget CD player to pair up the the X-Can v3.

Ok, but what's your budget? <$300? Two of the best <$300 CDPs out right now are the Marantz CD5001 and NAD C525BEE.

Yup, that CD-5001 has received some excellent reviews, and there have been some for sale on Audiogon for as little as $175 or so. PM daltonlanny for his detailed opinions which I am sure he would share with you.

I don't need one, but I wanted to buy one at that price just to hear it. You certainly wouldn't lose hardly anything if you didn't like it and wanted to resell.
