Hello guys,

I'm looking for a new pair of headphones that can complement my Sennheiser HD660s. The left driver on my 660s is not working and Sennheiser is out of stock, they will only send a replacement in august. I'm craving a new headphone now, I'm currently using a WH-1000XM3 but it's terrible to game and do meetings with it, the ANC is nice to have but the sense of pressure can be very tiring.

What I'm most looking for is a Headphone that have a wider soundstage than the 660s. I'm avoiding very bright headphones. I've tried a ATH-M50 and the highs are really unbeareable. I have very few options, because it's hard to get nice headphones in my country. Here are the options:

A semi-new Drop Hifiman HE4XX for U$263 (R$1400 in Brazilian currency);
A new Audio-Technica ATH-AD900X for U$376 (R$2000);
A new AKG K240 MKII for U$105 (R$560);
A new Sennheiser HD559 for U$131 (R$700);
A new Hifiman HE400S for U$320 (R$1700);
A very used and not so good looking AKG Q701 for U$280 (R$1500).

Thanks!

To me the Hifiman HE4XX looks like the best value.

I'm leaning towards it, but I've heard some complaints with the build quality, it worries me because I really don't want another problematic headphone, I love the HD660s, but I wasn't expecting it to bust a driver after just a year of only using it at night with mid to low volume and taking care of it like a baby. It's very frustrating to pay that much on a headphone and this happen. Sennheiser will give me a new one, but it will be a hassle to ship it to Brazil.

Also, is the soundstage that much wider on the 4XX? I do want a new headphone, but I don't know if it's worth it.

I really have no idea on the sound stage for the HE4XX, but overall sound quality should be a match (or even better?), then others listed headphones.
The AKG Q701 will have a wide soundstage and the 62-Ohm AKG 700 series of headphone like a decent amount of power to sound their best.
