Need recommendations for amp/dac for DT880 600 ohm and HD650

Hey guys,
 
I need a suggestion on a desktop setup amp/dac for my DT880 600 ohm and HD650's. Please keep in mind I have the Modi 2 Uber/Magni 2 Uber. I want to upgrade from this setup. My budget for the amp is ~$500. For dac, I am looking for under $200.
 
I want an upgrade over the Modi 2 Uber/Magni 2 Uber. I was thinking of Valhalla 2 or Lyr 2 For the dac, I hear there is a law of diminishing returns on anything over $200 so I would like something similar to the Modi 2 Uber, but different.
