What headphones would you recommend if I need:
1. Good noise isolation
2. I prefer bass heavy
3. Over-ear
4. Under 120$ (I can be flexible if it costs more)
5. Will be used at my desk at work so portability isn't really a concern.
6. Sound quality (duh)
 
As a side question, how much better would the isolation of IEM's like Shure SE215 be?

How many ohms?

I bought the 250 ohm as I have a nice dedicated HP setup. And I'm not sure how the 250 and 80 compare bass wise someone else will have to comment on that.

How about the DT 770 M?
That seems to be the same as the pro with an extra emphasis on isolation.

I might be wrong so someone correct me please but i think the main change with the m is the ear cup material. Leather and synthetic leathers isolate more than velour which the normal pro has, they might also change the ear cup padding too.
I hate leather and synthetic leather on my ear cups. It gets hot, it sticks and doesn't wear well over time. But that's my preference
