I will second the JBL 2325P's  - I went and listened to these last Saturday and I've got to say they sound really great. They sound a little bright, but overall are very nice to listen to.

Also, Kawai_man, what do the BX5a's sound like in comparison? I wanted to hear these but the store didn't have them in stock.

The BX5a sound really nice but the 2325p have a superior design and the sound is superior as well , here is how I would list them in ranking order starting with the best one

JBL2325p
Tapco S5
mackie Mr5
Bx5a

Ok, i can get the BX5a's for about 220 for a pair, the Rokit 5's for 300, Rokit 6's for 400 or the JBL 2325P for 400. Ive read that the BX5a's dont have enough bass and a sub is needed with them. So if i were to get them i would also get a 100-200$ sub like the Fostex sub. I would like to get a 2.0 setup right now, and maybe later if its needed a sub.

Ive been leaning towards the Rokit 6's/5's

Id like something with pretty good sound but also good bass (I listen to/make house and trance music)

Thanks for the info
