Hey, i just bough a set of zalman 5.1 ch surround sound headphones (::: Zalman, leading the world of Quiet Computing Solutions :::) i was wondering if anyone knew how to get them to connect to an xbox 360 console. At the moment i have no sort of amp or surround sound setup/accessories.

The xbox has an optical output. This means that you need a 5.1 channel receiver/dac to decode the digital audio then some adapters to connect what is surely three stereo miniplugs to six RCA jacks.
